SailPoint Developer

Blutic is looking for a SailPoint Developer with 5+ yrs experience in IdentityNow (IDN). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coding within SailPoint IDN, integrating with CyberArk for privileged access management, and onboarding applications while maintaining security best practices. The ability to navigate cloud-based identity solutions and work within IAM policies and regulations is essential.


This is a 100% remote, candidate should be open to work in either of US time zones depending on end client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) solutions.

  • Lead application onboarding processes, ensuring seamless identity governance integration.

  • Implement and support CyberArk integrations and conduct privileged access reviews.

  • Design and optimize identity workflows for cloud-based environments.

  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure IAM solutions align with compliance policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for identity security architecture.


Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of hands-on coding experience with SailPoint IDN.

  • Expertise with integrations, with technologies such as CyberArk, and privileged access management.

  • Understanding of cloud-based IAM solutions and security frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), security policies, and regulatory standards.

  • SailPoint Certification (any type) preferred.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with identity security tools beyond SailPoint & CyberArk.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for IAM solutions.

  • Knowledge of scripting and automation in IAM environments.
