This role combines deep expertise in JSM administration with strong knowledge of ITSM practices, ensuring service management processes align with enterprise standards and business goals. The Specialist will resolve existing platform issues, design scalable solutions, and build a roadmap for long-term process maturity and tool enablement.

This is a remote position to start with for 6 months. After the contract, if the position turns out to be contract-to-hire, candidates will need to physically reside in OR, CA, or WA.
