Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Saviynt IAM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementation and support. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working on Saviynt modules, connectors, access governance, certifications, and implementation projects, along with strong understanding of IAM concepts and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support Saviynt IAM/IGA solutions across enterprise environments.

• Configure and manage Saviynt modules including:

  • JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)

  • Access Request System (ARS)

  • Access Certification

  • Approvals

  • Analytics

  • Reporting & Dashboards

  • SOD (Segregation of Duties)

  • Custom Forms

• Design and configure access request workflows, approvals, and role-based provisioning.

• Work on end-to-end Saviynt implementation projects, including onboarding applications and access governance.

• Configure and manage Saviynt connectors for both:

  • HR Source Systems (Workday, SAP HR, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.)

  • Target Systems (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Databases, SAP, SaaS applications, etc.)

• Develop and manage access certification campaigns, entitlement reviews, and governance workflows.

• Implement JML lifecycle processes for user onboarding, role movement, and offboarding.

• Work on REST/SOAP integrations, API-based provisioning, and application onboarding.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit/compliance documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to gather IAM requirements and deliver secure identity solutions.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Saviynt implementation experience.

• Experience working on at least 2 Saviynt implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts.

• Hands-on experience with Saviynt modules:

  • JML

  • ARS (Access Request System)

  • Access Certification

  • Analytics

  • SOD

  • Custom Forms

  • Reporting & Dashboards

• Strong experience with Saviynt connectors (HR source & target systems).

• Good knowledge of:

  • SQL

  • JSON

  • LDAP

  • REST APIs

  • SOAP-based integrations

  • SSL concepts

  • SaaS integrations

• Experience with access governance, provisioning, certification campaigns, and entitlement reviews.

• Exposure to advanced Saviynt modules:

  ISPM (Identity Security Posture Management)

  TPAG (Third Party Access Governance)

  AAG (Application Access Governance)

• Experience working in enterprise IAM/IGA transformation programs.

• Exposure to audit, compliance, governance, and access review processes

• Strong hands-on functional and technical exposure to Saviynt modules.

• Ability to explain end-to-end JML, certification, provisioning, and connector implementation.
