Job Description

Blutic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer with 6–10 years of engineering experience to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic architectures, along with strong expertise in Python, MLOps, and production-grade AI systems.This is an onsite position for Gurgaon and Bangalore location. The candidate will be working in regular Business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced AI/LLM-based systems using LangGraph, RAG, and agentic architectures

• Build, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI/ML pipelines

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions

• Implement best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD

• Optimize model performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments

• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, LLMs, and machine learning engineering

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–10 years of overall engineering experience

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI architectures

• Solid understanding of MLOps practices and tools

• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and orchestration tools

• Experience working in agile development environments
