ETL Developer – Talend & Boomi
Blutic is looking for a Junior ETL Developer with 1–3 years of experience in Talend OR Boomi to support data integration and ETL development activities. The candidate will work under guidance of senior team members and contribute to building, monitoring, and maintaining data pipelines.
This is work from the office(Bangalore). The candidate should be willing to work from office in the General shift.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support ETL workflows using Talend and Dell Boomi
Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources
Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and transformation
Monitor scheduled ETL jobs and handle basic troubleshooting
Perform data quality checks and support issue resolution
Participate in requirement discussions and technical documentation
Support deployment, job scheduling, and version control activities
Work with senior developers to improve ETL performance and reliability
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on experience with Talend and/or Dell Boomi
Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data integration basics
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integrations (CSV, XML, JSON)
Understanding of error handling, logging, and scheduling in ETL tools
Good to Have
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands
Experience with Git or version control tools
Certification in Talend or Dell Boomi
Soft Skills
Good communication and documentation skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
