Forward Deployed Solution Architect
Blutic is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience to work closely with customers and delivery teams to identify, design, and implement high-value AI solutions. This role combines customer-facing discovery and solution architecture with hands-on collaboration to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solution architecture and enterprise technology, with a solid understanding of AI/ML solutions and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technical architectures.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in the US or Canada, with up to 30% onsite travel within the US. The initial contract term is 6–12 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead customer discovery to identify high-value AI opportunities and requirements.
Design AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, retrieval, and workflow orchestration.
Partner with FDSEs to rapidly build, test, and iterate solutions.
Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and modular components.
Present solutions to customers and executive stakeholders.
Incorporate customer feedback into product and solution improvements.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams.
Create technical documentation and onboarding materials.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, software engineering, or related roles.
Strong experience designing enterprise AI/ML solutions.
Hands-on understanding of LLMs, RAG, retrieval, and workflow orchestration.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with engineering and product teams.
Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions.
Experience in consulting, professional services, or customer-facing technical roles.
Experience developing reusable AI frameworks and components.
