Cyber Security Automation Engineer
Blutic is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Automation Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting automation solutions within a Cyber Security Engineering / Insider Risk Management Technology environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator or similar automation platforms, along with strong programming skills in Python, C#, or Java. A solid understanding of the SDLC, software development and quality practices, testing, source control, and Agile methodologies is essential. The candidate should be capable of analysing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, translating requirements into scalable technical solutions, and providing production support and troubleshooting. Experience with Git, APIs, databases, system integrations, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and automation testing is preferred. Exposure to observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus, as well as cloud technologies and containerized environments, will be an added advantage. The candidate should possess strong communication and collaboration skills and be able to work effectively with business stakeholders, senior engineers, architects, and operations teams while adhering to firm standards, security requirements, governance controls, and SDLC practices.

Primary Skills (Must-Have)
• RPA Core Platforms: Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator (or closely related automation platforms).
• Programming Languages: Strong development experience in Python, C#, or Java
• Software Engineering Foundation: Core understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), quality practices, and testing.
• Version Control & Methodology: Experience with Git and working in Agile delivery environments using standard issue-tracking tools. Secondary / Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
• Certifications: UiPath Certification or equivalent advanced automation credentials.
• DevOps & Integration: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, automation testing, and working with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Observability & Monitoring: Knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud technologies and containerized environments.

• Design & Deploy: Design, develop, test, and deploy reliable automation solutions using UiPath and supporting backend tech.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers, architects, operations, and business stakeholders to analyze processes and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Production Support: Troubleshoot, resolve, and support automated solutions in both development and live production environments.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain strict technical documentation, process maps, and support artifacts while following engineering standards and governance controls.
• Process Improvement: Continuously look for optimization opportunities to streamline workflows and minimize manual organizational effort.
