Forward Deployed Solution Engineer
Blutic is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to work closely with customers, solution architects, and engineering teams to build, test, and deploy innovative AI solutions. This role requires a strong combination of software engineering skills, AI/ML knowledge, and the ability to work directly with customers to solve complex business and technical challenges.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where solutions need to be rapidly prototyped, tested, refined, and deployed.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in the US or Canada, with up to 30% onsite travel within the US. The initial contract term is 6–12 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Solution Architects and customers to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Build and iterate AI applications using LLMs, RAG, retrieval, and workflow orchestration.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, data, and workflows.
Develop reusable code, frameworks, and components.
Troubleshoot and optimize solutions for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and customers.
Support customer demos and technical discussions.
Document solutions and provide feedback to product teams.
Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, solutions engineering, or related roles.
Hands-on experience building AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, retrieval, and workflow orchestration.
Strong software development, API integration, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to rapidly prototype and deliver scalable solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel onsite up to 30%.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions.
Background in consulting, professional services, or customer-facing technical roles.
Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise data and applications.
Experience developing reusable AI frameworks or components.
Experience with customer demos, POCs, or discovery sessions.
